What to expect: the purpose of this workshop is to increase the health and wellness of our hardworking occasional teachers by providing lifestyle skills that will make our job easier and also to provide practical skills that you can bring into the classroom. You can expect to experience a variety of massages and yoga techniques, build your own relaxation bath salts, empower yourself with an inspiration panel and learn how to hand knit a scarf. Everyone will take home a wealth of knowledge that they can apply to the classroom along with experiencing a pampered evening.
A light vegetarian dinner will be served. Please advise us of any other dietary restrictions.
